Calligraphy Yoga Workshops with Master Zhen Hua Yang

Workshop: Body and Joint Pain
This workshop will help sessions to overcome shoulder, neck, back and hip pain related to limited blood circulation and loss of body elasticity. Master Yang will guide you through his system which works with 3 dimensional movements helping to release tension in muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments. This simple yet comprehensive system specialises in increasing oxygen flow through the body and mind.
Workshop: Blood Pressure and Heart Function
This session will focus on improving blood quality and vessel elasticity in your body. Master Yang will guide you through this process helping you to overcome the problems deeply associated with blood pressure issues. Correct breathing patterns and oxygen support, blood thickness issues, separation of red blood cells, narrowing of blood vessels, and the improvement of heart function are all tackled in this concentrated afternoon session.

Sunday Fundamentals 2-Hour Workshop
Two-hour workshops suitable for beginners or those returning to yoga. Attending all of the workshops will provide participants with a solid yoga foundation to establish a personal home practice and an opportunity to receive individual instruction and corrections on postures and alignment for the fundamental poses of yoga. It will include breathing practices, meditation and relaxation. Students may attend one or more workshops.

Hip Openers and Spinal Twists
Spinal twist postures invigorate the spine, and help to make it more flexible, youthful and healthy. They massage the internal organs and renew them with fresh rich oxygenated blood, as well as detoxifying them. The practice of spinal twists keep the spinal discs lubricated and functioning well, and help maintain their effectiveness. Spinal twist postures involve the pelvis and hips, as this is where the root of the spine emanates from. Flexible hips support both the spine and our ability to have pain free movement in our daily lives, as in walking, sitting, and standing.
