So what is Reiki?

The way that Reiki is seen in the West today is primarily as a form of complementary therapy – a safe, gently, non-intrusive hands-on healing technique that uses spiritual energy to treat physical ailments without the need for massage or manipulation. But it is much more than a physical; therapy. It is a holistic system for balancing, healing and harmonizing the mind, emotions and spirit, as well as the physical body, promoting a sense of well-being.

So Reiki is healing energy, but healing in its most all-encompassing sense. Healing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects enables a person to become whole.

Suitable for anyone and easy to learn, Reiki is an ancient art of lying on hands; it is an energetic therapy using touch; a hands on healing technique that brings balance to the mind, body and spirit.

Reiki Workshops are run monthly; I offer all levels from Reiki One through to Masters.

Reiki 1 Course

In Reiki One you will be connected to Reiki via an attunement which will allow you to channel the energy in through your crown chakra and out through your hands.

You will also receive comprehensive teachings on our bodies own unique energetic, healing system plus learn techniques to keep your energy clean and clear.

Personal growth is a big part of these workshops.

This two-day experience includes:

• Level One Attunement


• A 27 page detailed workbook


• Learning how to do a treatment on yourselves and others


• Protecting yourself from negative energies and other people draining your energy


• Chord cutting – releasing connections to those from your past


• Cleansing and healing meditation


• Teachings on our energetic system and how it impacts our health and wellbeing

Reiki 2 Course

In Reiki Two our healing abilities step up as we are introduced to the sacred symbols to use on others and ourselves. The level two attunement enhances the vibration of the energy we bring through which has the flow on effecting of also raising our own vibration. This can contribute to improved health and well being.
We work on the chakras on a deeper level

Personal growth is a big part of these workshops.

This two-day experience includes:

• Level Two Attunement


• A 25 page detailed workbook


• An introduction to the sacred symbols to enhance your healing abilities


• How to complete a distant or remote healing


• House clearing and the importance of keeping the space around you clear


• Understanding our thoughts and the impact of them on our body


• A beautiful channeled meditation to clear and balance you


• Ways to raise your vibration


• Trade treatments for practice

Reiki 2 Courses 2017:
Practitioner level training with introduction of symbols. (Min. 6 weeks integration time after Reiki 1)

Reiki Level Three – Pre Masters

Reiki Level Three where we look at who we really are and bring understanding to why negative things happen to us on a personal level and also on a global scale.

We also take a confronting look at how others mirror our patterns and behaviors and we complete a wonderful healing exercise on forgiveness.

Personal growth is a big part of these workshops.

Your one-day Level Three experience includes:

• Connection to your inner truth through meditations, exercises and teachings.


• Traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Teachings.


• A detailed workbook.


• Level 3 enhanced attunement and a Master symbol to allow the energy to work at a deeper level in your treatments.


• An empowering and healing exercise on forgiveness and letting go.


• Spiritual teachings on – Our true selves vs. the ego.


• What happens before we incarnate.


• Past Lives.


• Understanding the mind and our conscience and sub-conscience brain.


• Lots of practice!
