In her youth, Sue was a personal trainer, swimming instructor, stay-at-home mother, and worked in the corporate world. She has evolved and grown since then as a Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher, Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, and Kinesiologist. 

Sue truly believes any individual seeking to heal and grow within themselves can benefit from each of these modalities. Through getting in touch with herself and listening to what her body was telling her, she experienced firsthand the amazing abilities we all have to self-heal ourselves.

Her emphasis is on assisting clients in the transition from surviving to thriving, so they can live healthier and happier lives.

Using a variety of gentle, powerful therapies and wellness tools, she assists clients in identifying health challenges both physically and mentally. She helps clients find balance and develop emotional and physical resilience.

She enjoys helping animals and vegetation heal as well. Being grounded and centred can be achieved by experiencing the simple things in life like walking barefoot on the earth, feeling the sand between your toes and feeling the breeze on your face.

Simple pleasures like focusing on your breath, hearing the birds sing, and listening to the frogs croaking are some of the ways Sue enjoys mindfulness. Sue can teach you how to do the same.

Massage and AromaTouch
