As a physiotherapist, Renée's goal is to share this powerful practice in a safe and supported way.

OFFERED at Inspire Studio:

1. Privately tailored session (one on one) ~ $90

2. Small group classes (maximum 4)

- REHAB (current injury) ~$30pp

- PREVENTION (not injured) ~$20pp

All rebatable on private health with a simple pre-assessment consultation. Classes run for approximately 55 minutes and are available all week at your convenience.
