Michelle treats the underlying causes of your symptoms by looking at your behavioural patterns. There is no diagnosing, labelling, or mediating for the problem, but rather finding practical solutions to achieve real results, rather than applying a band-aid approach.

Contrary to conventional psychologists who will see you for months or years, Michelle’s one-on-one Personal Accelerator Programs are a proven structured system that works. Session length varies from 6 to 14 depending on the program. You will find the programs transformative!

Personal Accelerator Programs

Personal Breakthrough Program

The 14-week program includes a variety of creative therapy techniques and processes to break through your own personal limitations, negative thoughts, emotional states, behaviours and symptoms. 

This will increase your self-awareness and give you the ability to move out of chaos and find more balance and harmony in your life. 

If you find yourself slipping back into old patterns of behaviour, or if you have signs of depression, pain, illness, and suicidal tendencies, this program is for you.

Integrated Anxiety and Stress Management Program

This eight-week program helps reduce stress, tension, anxiety, and panic attacks and ease their debilitating physical effects. You will learn relaxation methods, therapeutic techniques and management tools including hypnotherapy, EFT, NLP and breathing exercises.

Accelerated Change Program

This is a 7-session program that will help you make significant changes in one particular area of your life where you are stuck and don't know how to move forward.

Personal Empowerment Program

This 14-week program is for people who lack confidence and have low self-esteem. Using this program, we will identify the patterns you have running in your life so that we can change them on an unconscious and conscious level.

Perfectionism Program

During this 14-week program, you will identify and work on the unhelpful aspects of yourself so you can adopt a more balanced approach to your life and learn to feel satisfied with your achievements. 

The objective of this program is not to get you to give up your high standards, but to help you manage these patterns so that you pursue healthy high standards instead of unrelenting high standards that affect your stress levels and enjoyment of life negatively.

Personal Success Coaching Program

Participants in this 14-week program are looking for solutions but lack direction and motivation. Through this program, you will be able to transcend previously perceived limitations as well as construct and recognise new opportunities for solving problems.

Behaviour Modification Hypnotherapy Programs

In addition to 3 hypnotherapy sessions, we use other techniques for reprogramming the mind to cope with issues such as:
