With her practice, Jess strives to offer highly individualised and effective treatment protocols that provide clients with the opportunity to achieve optimal health and happiness.

As an accredited Clinical Nutritionist who has worked alongside Allied Health industry leaders, Jessica draws on her extensive experience helping women overcome chronic digestive problems, gain a positive relationship with themselves and their bodies, and achieve optimal health and freedom through food and nutrition.

Her specialty areas include: 

  • Digestive disorders and gastrointestinal health - irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO).
  • Food psychology involves one’s relationship with food and the body.

Your first appointment with Jess is an opportunity for you to discuss your symptoms and for Jess to map out your next steps. 

With clients, Jessica strives to create lasting, meaningful change, which she achieves through these methods:

  • Building a firm foundation based on each client's diet and lifestyle. 
  • Treating the source of the problem by addressing nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, thoughts, and emotions.  
  • A thorough understanding of each client’s needs and goals to develop highly personalised plans that the client feels comfortable implementing.  
  • To create behaviour change, it’s important to incorporate focus, consistency, repetition, and accountability into the plan.

Healing, change, and transformation take time. Although attainable, changes in thinking, behaviour, and habits aren’t easy. They require time, effort, and focus.

Level One (3 months)
