Matrix Reimprinting is another technique born from the same school as the Emotional Freedom Technique. They work seamlessly together to take the effectiveness of an E.F.T session to a whole new level. Where E.F.T works to neutralise a negative emotion or picture held with the body-mind, Matrix Reimprinting allows us to rescript the mental movie into a more positive one. Changing a past memory may sound a little 'out there' but the important point to remember is that we are dealing with the subconscious mind here, not the conscious mind.
