Many years ago I was introduced to kinesiology and it ultimately
changed my life direction. I can honestly say I haven’t looked back. I knew I was onto something special, something that brought balance and meaning into my own life. Without any doubt I knew I wanted to help others achieve the same.
At the time I was enjoying a successful career in the corporate world but as my interest in kinesiology and yoga continued to grow I undertook studies and eventually took a leap of faith, left the corporate world and began practicing as a Professional Kinesiologist and Yoga Teacher.
In 2012 I had a wonderful opportunity to live in Jersey, Channel Islands where I built a successful kinesiology practice and yoga studio. In 2017 on my return to Australia I opened Kinesiology House Oz. I’m now working from Peregian Springs on the Sunshine Coast. I offer private consultations to clients in a peaceful and safe environment. I am constantly amazed by the profound and positive changes experienced by my clients through the simple techniques Kinesiology offers. It is a very great privilege to facilitate that change.
I attended my first yoga class some 25 years ago. Yoga immediately
resonated with me and I went on to complete a yoga teacher training in Adelaide. After a while I felt there was still something missing in my own personal practice.
When I lived in the Channel Islands, I was introduced to Dynamic Yoga (DY). For me it was the missing link. As I deepened my practice of DY I shared what I was learning with my students. I went on to complete a 1000-hour teacher training in DY and I’m now a Certified Dynamic Yoga Teacher, one of only 12 teachers worldwide to have reached Senior Teacher status.
The thing with Dynamic Yoga that really resonated with me is that it can be taught simultaneously to beginners and experienced practitioners who want to deepen their practice. There is no better gift I could give myself or my students.
