Ko Holistic Health

After 25 years working as a nurse here and overseas, l walked away from my day job and immersed myself into the all things surrounding  Holistic Therapies. My passion for many years, l began training as a Reiki Practitioner, Chakra Healer, Energy Worker, Tarot Advisor and Spiritual life coach. My faith paid off, fast forward  and l am now the proud owner of Ko, where l get to share my modalities with those who are looking to further their wellbeing journey, those who are searching for a new way to begin their journey or those who just need some support and guidance so they can progress on their journey moving forward.. 

My compassion and knowledge around all things holistic has  allowed me to connect with my clients in many ways. Through energy healing l can help heal, revitalise, bring clarity and allow peace back into their life. Through Chakra healing, we can balance their bodies internal and external surrounds, allowing them to leave feeling more in control and with a greater understanding as to the relationship their body has with the external world and how it is all connected within them. Everyone can benefit from all of the modalities l offer here at Ko, all they need is a little bit of faith, an open mind and a willingness to change.
