Past life regression work is about understanding our soul experiences and may be exploratory or specific.  Many people are interested in the past lives they have lived and like to take a trip down memory lane to see where they lived, in which era, who they lived with, what their profession was and any similarities or differences to their current experience.

Other people feel that issues they are experiencing in this life may have been brought with them from a past life and they would like to resolve the issue by going back and re-experiencing what took place.  By being in the experince we can gain clarity, understand the emotions that took place and have access to our thought patterns that we based decisions on.  From this we can gain a positive outcome of healing and bring our learning into this life.
