Tai Chi & Qigong are safe, gentle and some of the most effective exercises for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health & well-being, suiting all ages and abilities.  Everyone "plays" Tai Chi and Qigong to their own ability - be that sitting, standing, or even lying down.

Tai Chi & Qigong Instructor & Remedial Massage Therapist

Where:  Angus Neill Reserve, Esplanade, Seacliff SA.

Time:    10.00 am

Cost:      Free event - all welcome

Details:  Held around the world on the last Saturday of April each year, this year (2019) will be the 20 year anniversary since it began in the Seacliff Angus Neill Reserve.

Medical studies continue to prove the numerous health benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong.    Everyone is therefore welcome to attend, and newcomers simply follow the leader (but always staying within your own comfort zone, and at your own risk).  The movements are slow and mindful, and suit everyone.  Come in your wheelchair, or stand or sit (depending on your own health and ability).

Rosalie is highly qualified to teach all ages and abilities. She has been "playing" Tai Chi & Qigong for nearly 30 years. Because of her abilities, the Tai Chi for Health Institute (TCHI) has accredited Rosalie as a "Premier Instructor" in their various "Tai Chi for Health" programs.

Scientific research continues to prove the many health benefits of these ancient practices.  Tai Chi and Qigong improve mobility, flexibility, cardio-vascular fitness and general mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health & well-being.  Meditation is included in all of Rosalie's classes, particularly as Tai Chi, itself, is a form of meditation - because the movements are slow, controlled and mindful.
