As a fully qualified nutritionist, I can help you understand which foods are suited to your body type, your lifestyle, your current state of health, including any medical conditions and specific nutrient deficiencies, and we go from there into dietary and meal planning as required.

We are all different, and not all foods are suited to all people, even the ‘healthy’ ones! Many people are confused about what to eat, what diet to follow, or what foods are actually healthy.

I always endeavour to keep my treatment protocols realistic, practical and based on traditional as well as scientifically proven methods.

We don’t count calories... we evaluate nutrition based on balancing overall energy intake, macro- and micronutrient content, digestibility and most importantly... deliciousness.

We also look at lifestyle, emotional and environmental factors, as part of an holistic approach to wellness. I offer clinical testing, practitioner-only supplementation, and integrative care as required.
