I have been a Hypnotherapist, Counsellor and Supervisor for more than 26 years. I am aware that having made up your mind to come and see a therapist, one of the most difficult decisions you now need to make is which is the correct individual to assist you with your specific issues.
My philosophy is to offer the most appropriate possible environment for you to work on yourself and your issues. I strongly believe that individual’s already possess the resources that they require to resolve their issues but they are unable to identify them or use them. I see it as my responsibility and task to assist you to discover them and support you whilst you begin to implement them in your daily routine. I see all my clients as unique and treat them so. I provide my services in a respectful, safe, gentle and caring environment.
