Hi, I'm Troy, after I experienced depression in my late 20's I had the realisation that I was the only one responsible for my happyness, crazy I know! It was at that moment I decided to take back control of my life and looked for alternative / complementry ways to manage and balance my mental state. I am so grateful for this chapter in my life as it led me to an awakening in my late 20's and early 30's where I discovered my innate healing abilities. I began to study Reiki and in time become a Usui Reiki Master and continued studying Seichim Reiki with the Egyptian Goddess Isis. When the opportunity to learn hypnotherapy came along, I took it as hypnotherapy had always fascinated me and was looking for new ways to expand my business and help more people. I had my Bars Run once before taking my first Access Bars class and the way my world changed after that class is hard to put into words; everything was easier and I was happier. I am now an Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator and Body Process Practitioner including Access Facelift.
Once I had accepted the past for what it was, a series of dumb choices (including choosing to be depressed) chosen by me either consciously or unconsciously, I was able to laugh at myself for making those dumb choised and be grateful for of those stupid choices as it led me here to share the wisdom and teachings I have learnt on my journey to make smarter choices.

Healing does not have to he hard and painful, it can be fun and painless if you choose. Laughter is the best medicin, once you stop taking yourself so seriously and give youself permission to laugh and be happing real change can occur.
