“ I really enjoyed the experience, I feel it really gave me the tools to be able to do it again in my own time as well”

“Thank you so much Skye for leading me through the incredible journey.
With your guidance and past life regression session I understand myself more and a of my soul that needed to be healed could receive a lot of love to move forward. It made the most amazing birthday for me and my birthday for me and my partner, and we feel even deeper connection now.”
I have read a few books and spoken to people who had experienced regression before but I have to say I was still sceptical at first and wasnt sure I would get much from it. Skye was fantastic at setting the scene for the experience and really explaining how it would all work, aswell as finding out the reason I was there and what I was hoping to get from it.
This gave the regression some focus, and what came forth was a mixture of visual/sensory experience.
Skye's voice is perfect for regression/meditation purposes and he can easily facilitate your trance state. Each person's experience is completely unique to them but for me it really helped to realign my path and feel at ease that im on the right track.

Skye was wonderful during my past life regression session.
Having never experienced hypnotherapy or done a regression before he was incredibly reassuring, explaining the processes at every step and building up to the experience slowly so I always felt at ease and relaxed.
His voice, demeanour and skills enabled me to access memories so vividly and really experience the emotions that went along with them.
I left feeling released and rejuvenated and the experience was so unique and special.
I highly recommend Skye to anyone considering this.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What are some of the benefits of past life regression?
Past life regression therapy often gives a new perspective and vital information that can improve the way we view ourselves and our present day life.
By visiting past lives, it can provide us with the opportunity to learn from the past and evolve into our future.
A past life regression therapy session can give a spiritual perspective - a higher understanding of ourselves and our life path.
Q: What is it like to be regressed?
There is a general misconception that a hypnotherapist 'puts you under a trance' or you go to sleep and have no control.
This is not true. You are aware and in a daydream state.
You remain in control at all times. In this relaxed state, the body may feel heavy or light. It is similar to the state of relaxation achieved while meditating, listening to music, reading a book or lying in the sun on a beach. You cannot get ‘stuck’ in this state and are completely safe.
In past life regression not everyone sees images, some people sense, feel or just know what is happening. Remembering a past life is similar to recalling a good movie you have seen and telling a friend about it- you are not consciously watching the movie, you recall it from your subconscious mind.
Q: Can people have memory blocks?
Yes, sometimes your guides or the higher self may prevent the recall of certain memories because there is a sense that you might not have the resources at the time to handle what might come up or that you are to grow in this lifetime without interference from certain past life information. If this happens, I guide you to contact your spirit guides for direct guidance, or we redirect the session to another past life.
Q: How many sessions are required?
It depends on the intention of doing the past life regression.
In general, the 3hr session is a good amount of time, and if a person wants to return for more sessions each session after the first is discounted.
Q: Can my friend/partner be in the room with me?
Yes, as a support a chosen friend or partner can be present in the session although it can be a distraction if the other person does not remain still and quiet throughout the regression.
I do not do two regressions together because each person has a different unique experience.
Q: What do I need to do to prepare for the session?
The only preparation required is to consider your intention for doing past life regression.
We all would like to think we were Cleopatra or Shakespear, someone famous but many of us lived ordinary lives. So I suggest you put expectations aside and be open to whatever memories surface in the session.
