Are you busier than ever, feeling stressed out and overwhelmed, anxious or irritable?  Maybe you are constantly worrying or going over and over things in your head. Life today with its 24/7 constantly on the move culture is relentless will ultimately lead to feeling stressed.



“Mindfulness for Stress” Course

Mindfulness means attending to and becoming aware of our experience through our feelings, thoughts and sensations. It teaches us how we can develop a new and improved relationship with the conditions we find ourselves so we are able to respond rather than react and remain steady through life’s ups and downs.

Our 8 week program incorporates both hypothesis and practice on points including the science of mindfulness, mindfulness in everyday life, also reflection, times of quiet and tender careful developments based of yoga and qigong.
