As a holistic nutritionist and whole-foods plant-based advocate, Abi specialises in helping overweight women lose weight while reducing their risk factors for chronic disease and illness.

With Ali, the underlying causes of disease or discomfort are treated rather than just the symptoms to improve your health and wellbeing in many areas. 

Based on her philosophy that food is medicine, she is deeply passionate about guiding women towards a plant-based lifestyle and helping them live their most full, nourished lives.

While taking your individual preferences into consideration, her nutrition recommendations are based on a whole-food, plant-based approach. She helps her clients achieve outstanding success by putting into practice simple habits and focusing on self-love and abundance.  

She will put together a balanced diet plan for you that includes meals you will enjoy. To ensure you meet all your nutritional needs, she may recommend vitamins and nutritional supplements along with diet and lifestyle modifications.

Nutrition Consultations

Your first consultation comprises discussing your current health and diet, your goals, and any major changes you would like to implement before your follow-up session. 

While a follow-up consultation with Abi is recommended at least once, many clients decide to continue working together on a monthly basis to maintain their health goals.

Weight Management

Cholesterol and Blood Pressure

High blood pressure (hypertension) and high cholesterol go hand in hand. Because of cholesterol plaque and calcium (atherosclerosis), the heart must pump blood more vigorously through hardened and narrowed arteries. Consequently, blood pressure increases.

Several studies have shown that a whole-food plant-based diet low in saturated fats and high in fibre can reduce these risk factors for heart disease.
