When Penny sees a client she goes through a total case history, asking questions about your diet, all of your body systems, stresses and your current lifestyle. She also utilises iridology. A diagnosis is made based upon the data that is gathered which can also result in uncovering the underlying cause behind your problems.

Penny will then prescribe tablets, liquid herbs or capsules. The prescription is then reviewed at 4-6 week intervals until a satisfactory result is achieved.

Diet may need to be modified, a detoxification program kick started and ways to reduce stress taken into consideration also. It is a complete wellness issue.

Herbs can be utilises for the treatment of a range of different diseases specifically chronic ones such as digestive disorders, osteoarthritis, atherosclerosis and asthma.
