By working the specific points on the feet  with massage, this assists the body to release toxins and gently stimulates the organs and their connected systems to find a balance and normalise their functions.-----------------

Reflexology creates stimulation to all the organs and systems that run along each meridian line.  As all our organs are connected to bigger body systems, this gentle stimulation helps the larger systems, such as the lymphatic system, central nervous system, to find their balance.  ---------------

Reflexology stimulates all the body systems to relax, rebalance, allow for the release of toxins, improves the lymphatic system and allows for more energy in the days following. ------------------

Reiki is a natural energy that I channel through your feet during a reflexology session, providing further energy upliftment and balance. -------------

Essential oil based cream to further sooth and moisturize tired feet is provided.

All sessions are conducted on a Sound healing bed. The acoustics from the sound bed provide a further layer of enhancement to the relaxation session. -------

As this session is for you, I am here to listen to any thing that you wish to share about your life, or if you wish to relax and take a short nap during the session I take this as a compliment. ------------
