Our amazing team of Pilates Instructors provide daily Equipment, Mat, and Tower Pilates classes. It is our aim to provide you with the best quality instruction in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment. Our resident Massage therapists and Physiotherapists work closely with our Pilates teachers, providing you with access to some of the very best Allied Health services on offer. We take great pride in ourselves and providing individual attention, with an emphasis on detail, which lays the foundation for your own tailored program that is aligned with your current requirements and future health and wellbeing goals.
Queen Street Pilates offers one hour Mat and Equipment Pilates classes. Our class sizes are kept small with only four clients per instructor for equipment and eight clients per instructor for mat classes. This means you will receive comprehensive individual attention and the best possible quality of instruction in every class you attend with us.
We will tailor our classes to match your fitness needs and they are suitable for people of all ages, abilities & fitness levels.
Queen Street Pilates’ Studio Director, Leanne Mollison has more than 22 years experience teaching Pilates in Australia and internationally. All of our instructors are trained to the highest possible level.
