What is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy is a modality of healing that employs a range of various natural means to empower an individual to achieve the highest possible level of health.
Naturopaths are able to help with essentially all health conditions. Not only existing conditions can be treated, general health can be maintained in order to help to prevent disease and to live a healthier and longer life.
Naturopathy uses herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, exercise therapy, eating/diet plans, counselling, stress reduction techniques, lifestyle modification and life coaching.
What does Shelley do as your Naturopath?
Shelley will utilise evidence based and traditional knowledge from clinical and scientific trails in her customised consultation session with you that will double as a history recording and physical assessment session. Shelley’s role is to teach, educate, empower and motivate clients to take on more responsibility for their health by adopting a healthy lifestyle, attitude and diet.
