Palma has over 7+ years experience as a rehabilitation counsellor and behaviour practitioner working with clients under various circumstances including; pain management, counselling, case management, disability, mental health and rehabilitation/injury management. Over this time period, Palma has transitioned to vibrational therapy after noticing clients seeking more from conventional therapy. Palma is a trained Master Energy Practitioner and is a member of the Energy Therapies Association and also related rehabilition counsellors association for Australasia. 

Palma offers 1- 1.5hr energy healing sessions, sound healing sessions 1:1 or small groups, home cleansing and blessing and also teaches Reiki, Seichem and Golden Dragon energy healing from level 1 to Master level. 

Palma will be offering EFT Tapping therapy in person or online from March 2023. Palma has membership with the EFT & Mindfulness Centre and has completed Intermediate Level training.

New clients who book in for in-person services with Palma receive a complimentary free Salt & Sauna session valued at $90.

Moonee Ponds Wellness Centre

At Moonee Ponds Wellness Centre we offer a centuries old respiratory based therapy also known as
Halotherapy and Speleotherapy. Relax in one of our specially designed salt rooms to heal and restore the body. Salt Therapy assists with respiratory hygiene and cleansing by helping dissolve foreign particles and pollutants that can cause breathing obstructions, inflammation and irritations.

At Moonee Ponds we have infrared sauna rooms designed and specialised for a healing, tranquil and rejuvenating experience.

Infrared is the transmission of wavelengths of light that reaches the tissue up to an inch and a half, warming the body and opening blood vessels – this process is called “vasodilation.”

Infrared Sauna Therapy is primarily used for the removal of toxins and impurities from the body through sweating. It also assists with weight loss, aids lymphatic drainage and sports recovery.
