Steve conducts meditation classes on Thursday evenings in Belmont. Steve can cater for beginners through to meditators at a more advanced level. Everybody is welcome. Each night is different and designed for those that are present.
Solo meditation is only one component of these meditation sessions. The classes are specially designed to explore deeper aspects of our inner worlds, we explore soul consciousness, spirituality, break up for group discussions or concentrate on a specific issue for the evening.
It is truly amazing to be able to connect with other like-minded individuals and this alone creates an atmosphere of love and higher energies.
