Coaching

I guide my clients through a range of strength-based coaching exercises that help to highlight difficulties. Through understanding, awareness, and discussion, we strive to alter and progress, towards their goals. Creating small goals in your life in areas such as career, relationships, individual time along with family time can help you to take control and enhance your feelings of overall wellness.

Counselling

Life is undoubtedly full of struggle and difficulties. It is impossible to completely avoid them all. Everything around us is constantly changing. Some of the challenges we may ace include divorce, trauma, identity, life/work balance, relationship with our self, grief, and loss.
