The Balanced Base

The Balanced Base focuses on the balance between our physical and mental health through the principles of movement, mindset and mindfulness. Offering pilates and yoga both traditional and contemporary, online and in person. Offering private online wellness coaching plus group mindfulness, meditation and restorative sessions. Plus an extensive library of pre recorded classes and meditations. The Balanced Base can also be booked for corporate workshops and runs a yearly wellness retreat.
