What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a relaxing, safe and positive process of accessing hidden resources, talents and gifts allowing you to let go of unproductive behaviours and patterns and to replace them with positive, desirable patterns for life.
Here is a simplified explanation of hypnosis and what I do.
The vast majority of people encounter some form of trance everyday (e.g. when driving to and from work or along a familiar route). Throughout this trance state, one’s attention moves inward, and sits somewhere between our normal conscious state and sleeping.
It is here that our subconscious mind is most open to suggestion and, as a qualified hypnotherapist, I can work with every individual client to help them reach their desired behavioural transformation or to help them move away from negative thought patterns.
Amid every session, we will talk about what brought you to hypnotherapy and clearly establish which patterns that you wish to transform. We also set the objectives for each session (s) and for each day following.
We will then spend 30-50 minutes conducting hypnosis, whereby I am able to transform and verbally convey everything that we have discussed in a manner that will allow you to break redundant and negative patterns and create new positive ones.
