The Integrative Hub

While studying for their naturopathy degrees, Belinda and Vera met and pursued their mutual dream of opening a multi-modality clinic in St Kilda. Several years later, The Integrative Hub was born, bringing together all of their practices and skills.

Currently, they are focusing on connecting with clients online and through face-to-face consultations at their existing locations. Their long-term goal is to work within the community and form collaborations with other practitioners who share similar values.

They hold strong personal values surrounding their integrity as humans and practitioners, and being inclusive and welcoming to all the people they serve is one of the most powerful ways to do this. 

In their everyday lives, they express their support for the LGBTIQA+ community by forming friendship circles, advocating for equality and self-educating, and in their practice, by understanding the unique needs of such a diverse community.

They prioritise all clients to ensure that they are treated with dignity, respect and that the health advice they receive is appropriate to who they are, without exceptions or judgement.

Services Offered

Naturopathic Consultations

Prior to your visit, the clinic requires you to complete the comprehensive Client Intake Form included in your booking confirmation email, which takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete so that they can address your needs in the initial appointment as thoroughly as possible.

Consultations typically involve: 

• Identifying the health issues you want to be resolved and the aspects of your health that you want to be supported
• You can tell your health story and work with your practitioner on a personalised treatment plan
• Examinations that establish a baseline of your health and allow your practitioner to track your progress over time (only those you are comfortable with)
• Establishing short-term goals around dietary and lifestyle changes you can put into action after you leave
• Creating long-term results and identifying where you want to be in your health
• Assessing whether further testing and/or medical care will be helpful to support your long-term recovery
• Providing or preparing any herbal medicine and/or nutraceutical supplements prescribed to support your needs.

Mini Health Review

Below are the options you can choose from for your Mini Health Review:

Supplement Review

In this assessment, your supplement and medication regime will be evaluated and adjusted as necessary to ensure it is optimal for your individual needs. Brands, drug-supplement interactions, doses, timing, quality, and special requirements will be considered.

Dietary Intake Review

Inspect your diet and how your digestive system functions so practitioners can ease symptoms and improve nutrient absorption.

Flower Essences

During the consultation, practitioners will tailor your remedy to help you cope with emotional and mental upset caused by grief, anxiety, overthinking, major life events, changes, phobias, social fears, apathy, or lack of concentration. 

Note that flower essences do not replace other measures that are already in place for the above. If you need greater care, seek the appropriate professional support.

Lifestyle Habit Formation

If you have difficulty sleeping, gaining energy, developing an exercise schedule, or if you have one small area that you would like advice on, practitioners can discuss it with you and come up with some strategies, remedies, supplements where necessary, to assist you.
