Nicole’s life path is compassionately assisting others. She enjoyed a long fulfilling career in Oncology Nursing at Peter MacCallum Cancer Institute, then became intrigued with learning other modalities focused on holistically assisting people to effectively heal and empower themselves in all areas of life with a Mind, Body, Spirit approach.
As an accredited Meditation Teacher, Natural Mindfulness and Forest Therapy Guide, Counsellor, and Energy Practitioner, Nicole offers different services that focus on learning simple and easy ways to release stress and unhelpful thoughts, allowing you to naturally feel more inwardly nourished and become more present in creating your life. When you experience the "Lightness" you are simply "Being You"- your natural felt sense of wellbeing, awareness, self-compassion and freedom.
