Brain Gym® 101

Brain Gym® is an educational, movement focused program which utilises 26 enjoyable and simple movements that are specifically designed to integrate the entire brain, senses of your body, preparing the individual with the physical tools and skills they will need to learn effectively. It is utilised to enhance a wide range of attention, learning and behaviour skills.

Brain Gym ® can be utilised to help improve:

Experience entire brain integration through the whole body movement. Applications are for teachers, students, artists, parents, health care practitioners, athletes, and business professionals.

This course is run with 2 options:

1 day information day where you will discover most of the activities to assist with whole brain integration for a low price of $99.  This is the first day of the 4 day course.  Or you can attend the

4 day course to teach you how to apply the Brain Gym® movements to benefit yourself, your family and friends.  Currently $380, (One time offer).

Next available course is on the 14th January (information day and start of 4 day course), 15th, 21st & 22nd January 2017.
