The best thing about Small Group Training is that you share the cost! Our Small Group Training session comprises groups of 2-4 people who seek a customised workout. Larger groups can also be accommodated by request – give us a call and chat about your needs.

Location
Personal Training sessions are available at a modern Fitness and Aquatic Centre, located on 199 Castlereagh Street in Sydney’s CBD.
The facility is a well-equipped, training space, where clients are able to focus on attaining their fullest potential with one of our Trainers or Muscle Release Specialists. There are individual showers and changing room facilities available - ideal for clients who go to work before or after their Personal Training session.
Payment Options
We offer a range of Personal Training packages that can be tailored to your budget and availability and most importantly your fitness goals. If you’re on a budget, that’s no problem, we can work something out for you. Time poor? That’s ok too - we can offer you a shorter Personal Training session.
During your initial Personal Training consultation, we will ask you a few questions so that we have an idea of your lifestyle, diet and medical history. We will work together to ascertain what it is you’d like to achieve during your Personal Training sessions, and enable us to set strong and motivating goals. From that initial starting point, we will design a tailored program for you. The program will then be reassessed and adjusted as you reach your goals and make progress.
