With FreedOm offers two types of Reiki treatments

• Hands-On Reiki (either in your own home or in Maria’s healing room in Point Cook)


• Distant Reiki for and from anywhere in the world.

Hands-On Reiki

Reiki channelling works with the universal life force energy, to administer healing energy by placing hands in certain positions on your head and body.  Reiki is offered through non-invasive touch and you will be fully clothed for the treatment.  Additional hand placements on the limbs can be done as needed (for example, if there is an injury or surgical scar needing healing).

Distance Reiki

As a Reiki channel, Maria works with the universal life force energy, to send healing energy through time and space, over distance, without actually placing hands on her client.

Distance healing is just as effective as hands-on healing because Reiki energy is what the universe is made of, it is present everywhere and in everything.  With hands-on healing the energy is merely being directed to that place on the body and when performing distance healing it is doing the same thing.

It is important and ethical that permission is given by the recipient for a Distance Reiki Treatment.

How long is a session?

Most sessions will be between 60-90 minutes in length.
