Most of us live a life of stress and speed. We barely have time for ourselves let alone taking some quiet time. I can teach you how to breath correctly, relax the body and mind and show you how to calm the mind enough to make you feel like you’ve had an hours nap. Meditation is not about stilling the mind – that’s too difficult for most of us. It’s ok to have thoughts flying through our head. It’s to be expected. Meditation is about learning how to sweep those thoughts aside and still feel the benefit of zoning out. Your body, mind, blood pressure, heart rate, sleep patterns and weight management will all benefit from 20 minutes of daily meditation. You won’t need bells or bowls or learning any chants, just some techniques to control your breathing and your mind.
