Linda is a highly qualified naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist, who is passionate about helping people just like you, regain their health and feel well once again. She believes that identifying the underlying cause of health problems and supporting the body’s own natural healing capacity through nutrition, lifestyle and herbal medicines can be life-changing.


Natural Health and Wellness for All Ages

Linda uses a unique combination of traditional naturopathic wisdom – an approach that has stood the test of time – and modern-day evidence-based natural medicine to help improve health and well-being.

Linda has a special interest in:

• Low energy & fatigue
  
• Stress management, including sleep difficulties
  
• Thyroid issues, including Hashimotos and Graves Disease
  
• Digestive problems, such as bloating, constipation, diarrhea, food intolerances and coeliac disease
  
• Autoimmune conditions – rheumatoid arthritis, lupus
  
• Hormonal imbalances such as PMS, period pain, endometriosis and menopause

Linda also works with many other conditions such as:

Linda holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine) university degree, as well as Advanced Diplomas in Naturopathy, Nutritional Medicine and Western Herbal Medicine, so you can be assured you are receiving useful, real, fad-free information that helps you achieve results. Linda regularly attends industry seminars and puts aside time for research and learning, in order to continually expand her knowledge, so that she can provide the utmost in quality care for her patients.


ABOUT THE CLINIC

Set in peaceful, semi-rural surrounds, the Zest Natural Therapies clinic has been designed with your comfort in mind.

The clinic also has an extensive herbal and nutritional supplement dispensary on-site. Linda stocks only 'Practitioner-Only Products' - specialised, high-potency natural products that are assessed for effectiveness as well as being low-additive and hypo-allergenic. Linda has several in-clinic screening tools to help you better understand your health, and these are used during most consultations. EFTPOS is available for your convenience.
