Hay Fever

Hay fever is an allergic reaction to pollen, especially windborne pollen. It is generally a seasonal allergy and thus commonly occurs in the spring months. Symptoms of hay fever include nasal congestion, a clear runny nose, sneezing, itching of the eyes and nose, tearing eyes, and red eyes. Hay fever treatments include antihistamines and other medication, avoiding the trigger, allergy desensitization, acupuncture, and homoeopathy.
