Day 1: Model of the world

- Understanding where your clients are currently, Their Values and beliefs. Behavior, thoughts, Meta Programs and Representational systems as well as their presuppositions.

Day 2: Loosen Model

- What we do as NLP practitioners is loosen their model of the world. We use things like the Milton Model and Meta Model. Language patterns and reframing and also Logical level of therapy.

Day 3: Change Work

- This is where the client will notice the results a little more than what we’ve already done with loosening their model of the world. In change work, we look at well formed outcomes, we do some anchoring and elicit submodalities to change those. We reframe, which can further loosen their model of the world. Almost like when we see someone have those ‘mind blown’ moments. We do Timeline Therapy with them which can be so lifechanging and finally we look at their strategies.
