Bowen Therapy is a gentle remedial therapy technique that comprises of small rolling cross fibre movements of varying pressure over the body targeting muscles and tendons, as well as the myofascia (fascia) and movements can be performed over light clothing with some exceptions to particular movement procedures.
The Bowen Therapy technique works on a series of key points on the body to stimulate an energy flow that can release the tension and pain to improve movement and reduce inflammation.
