What is Far Infrared Detox Sauna?

Far Infrared is also known as the 'chi' sun-released radiation of animals and humans. There are constant fluctuations in the amount of infrared produced by the human body. In conventional saunas, standard sweat contains 97% water and 3% toxins. 80 percent water and 20 percent toxins are sweats produced from a FIR sauna.
