What is BodyTalk?

Every system, cell and atom in our bodies is in consistent correspondence with one another at all times. Through our exposure to the anxieties of day-to-day life, these lines of correspondence become compromised, which then leads to a decrease in physical, emotional and/or mental health. Reconnecting these lines of correspondence empowers the body's instruments to work at ideal levels, in this manner avoiding ailment and quickening the healing process. Along these lines, BodyTalk stimulates the body's inherent capacity to adjust and heal itself.

The BodyTalk System perceives that inside of every last one of us there is the intrinsic knowing of who we are and what makes us tick. This natural insight conveys the answer to the health dilemmas we confront. This is dealt with in the following ways:

    • The BodyTalk System encourages correspondence with the body's intrinsic insight through neuromuscular biofeedback. This feedback provides the practitioner with a "yes" of "no" response to any inquiries that is asked of the body. The innate wisdom a provides the practitioner with exact rules as to the bodymind necessities for ideal wellbeing.
    • By using an indepth series of questions, the BodyTalk practitioner can determine precisely what adjusting the body needs keeping in mind the end goal to combine the bodymind capacity. This includes discovering which organs, endocrines or body parts should be associated to heal correspondence between them at the physiological, biochemical, circulatory, nervous, emotional and/or energy levels.
    • The client and/or practitioner touches the areas that need repair and the specialist then uses their fingers to delicately tap the head of the customer with the specific aim to centre the mind toward that repair. BodyTalk "tapping" depends on an ancient Hatha Yoga procedure.
    • The specialist then gently taps the chest to store the adjustments in the heart energy complex, which guarantees that the new adjustment is held in deep memory for enduring results.
