Are you looking for psychology support services but unable to attend a face-to-face session? Due to recent COVID-19 circumstances, we’re offering online sessions via our Launceston practice as a priority. Online counselling, also known as e-therapy, e-counselling or digital counselling, is a service easily accessible to all those who wish to take advantage of it. In addition, online therapy overcomes barriers that may have stopped you from seeking therapy previous. For example, if you live in a rural or remote area where there are no counselling services, you can benefit from the accessibility of online counselling.

People who are physically disabled or unable to leave their home can also easily access our services with little inconvenience.
