I love making yoga accessible to people of all ages and abilities, from chair yoga through to stronger practices of yoga. My classes are fun and inclusive, and I have students of all ages participating, including those in their 80s!

Yoga for everybody! Plenty of alternatives given for those with injuries or other health issues. Chair options also available. $25 per class casual rate or $20 per class term rate.
Yoga for those with chronic conditions and/or pain who would like a very gentle yoga class that can be performed seated in a chair or as a mix of standing, chair and floor work. These are small personalised therapeutic yoga classes. $25 per class casual rate or $20 per class term rate.
