What is Personal Training?
Personal Training means you have a mentor and coach in relation to your exercise. Your Personal Trainer will work with you towards achieving your goals. He or she will provide motivation and ensure that your technique is the best it can be. Personal training will definitely help you achieve what you want sooner.

"The benefits of Personal Training to me during my years as a member of the Green Apple have helped me keep on track with some if not a little exercise during times where my life has had a number of bumps in the road. Personally we all have distractions in some form or another and the first thing we relinquish is time for ourselves often because of family commitments, work and sometimes injuries. In this instance it is often easy not to go to a Class or do our program but where time is scheduled with a Personal Trainer the decision is a lot easier to attend rather than cancel I have found. I look forward to my half hour with Barb with her encouragement and dedication to my wellbeing and often with a laugh and a giggle and before I know it she is getting me to stretch and push myself to the next level.
The main benefits of having a Personal Trainer I have felt during this time is being taught how to use the equipment correctly and what is beneficial to my needs specifically when I have had injuries that I could have used as a reason not to exercise at all. This prevents me from falling into bad habits and getting the most out of time I commit to when I can exercise and keep learning from my Personal Training experience.
