Voula Antoniadis:

Voula achieved a milestone of 30 years as a Registered Psychologist, in 2020, having first become registered in 1990. In her many years, Voula has accrued extensive experience in counselling, therapy and assessment, both vocational and clinical. She has an interest in assisting individuals with their personal, educational and career development and working with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress, pain disorders and other complex and chronic medical conditions, as well as dealing with interpersonal issues, including dating and relationship counselling. In the last ten years, she has had a particular interest in trauma, abuse and domestic violence, as well as bullying and harassment within the workplace.

Concurrent to Voula’s clinical and vocational psychology work, she has undertaken various consultancy projects, including general organisational psychology related projects relating to areas such as recruitment, outplacement, managing organisational change, workplace conflict and advising on psychological issues pertaining to Work, Health & Safety, Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management.

A significant component of her work has been medico-legal in nature, including independent assessment, file review, report preparation, as well as occasional court appearances as an expert witness. Voula has operated within the workers’ compensation arena and assisting clients who have motor vehicle accident insurance claims, income protection insurance claims and in family court matters.

Voula takes a holistic approach to her work with clients, not only identifying factors pertaining to the individual but also managing outside stressors impacting on health and function.


Michael Tlauka:

Dr Michael Tlauka is an AHPRA accredited psychologist (provisional) whose academic qualifications include a B.Sc. (Hons) and PhD in Psychology.

Michael enjoys working with children and adolescents. He has a particular interest in anxiety (including social anxiety), bullying, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, selective mutism, and behavioural difficulties.

Michael has worked with people from diverse backgrounds, and his approach is based on developing a close therapeutic relationship between client and therapist.

Michael’s practice extends to adults with a focus on depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, anger, and substance use. He utilises therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Michael welcomes new patients however, rebates are not currently available through Medicare or your private Health Funds.

 


Cleo Stevenson:

Cleo is a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor who is passionate about respectfully and compassionately supporting people in their struggles; exploring what is deeply important to each person and equipping them to live rich, full, and meaningful lives in their life circumstances. Cleo's areas of interest include:

    • Depression, Anxiety and Worry
    • Chronic Pain and Chronic Health Complications
    • End of Life Support (for family and the individual)
    • Grief and Loss
    • Trauma
    • Life Transitions, such as change of career or adjusting to health changes
    • Support and Psychoeducation for Carers

Cleo is a member of the Australian Counselling Association and the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia and can utilise private health care rebates and the NDIS system. Cleo will be consulting on Tuesdays and Saturday mornings at Integrative Health Solutions.


Carly Astill:

Carly is an experienced youth worker who has a passion for coaching and building self esteem in adolescents. She has directed this passion toward adolescent and youth counselling more specifically, in recent years. Carly's areas of interest include:

    • Bullying
    • Self-esteem
    • Adjustment disorders
    • Motivational Coaching
    • Anger issues
    • Depression, anxiety & mental health
    • Relationship issues (both family & friends)


Carly offers online bookings, after hours and urgent appointments. Unfortunately these consultations do not attract a rebate.
