Soak Society Epsom Salts 

This is strongly recommended after your Sports Massage session. The introduction to the bath of Epsom Salts reduces inflammation and reduces muscle soreness. Epsom Salt magnesium is a relaxing muscle component, leading to stress reduction through muscle tension reduction. Our Epsom salts are provided by “Soak Society”. We have a ‘Sleep’ mixture full of lavender, plus a soothing ‘Noosa’ combination.
