Judith Lissing is a Mindfulness Trainer, Psychotherapist and Wellness Coach, She has a personal meditation practice that spans more than 3 decades and also has more than 20 years’ experience in teaching meditation and stress management.

Mindfulness Skills for Joyful Eating

Joyful Eating is a Mindfulness program that helps bring awareness to the physical and mental responses of the body to sadness, anxiety, hunger, stress, fatigue etc.

Mindfulness training to teach how to manage unpleasant emotions, thoughts, sensations and to become attune with one’s body with compassion and kindness.

    • What is the science of positivity and how can it enhance your happiness

Mindfulness Skills for Teenagers

Mindfulness is focused, non-judgmental awareness. To be mindful is to live in the present with an open, non-judgmental and compassionate attitude. This approach has been scientifically proven to develop greater perspective and clarity, which empowers us to respond to difficulties and challenges appropriately and less reactively.

Over the 4 weeks you will be introduced to both the theory and practice of Mindfulness. You will learn
