Meditation is an up and coming modality that has a variety of health benefits that reduce the effect stress. Mindfulness Meditation assists us to develop inner peace, clarity and a more balanced approach to life.

In this class for those who have no experience and those who have a little experience you will learn;


  • How to meditate and become more mindful in everyday life

  • How to establish a regular practice

  • How to use meditation to manage stress, pain or worry

  • How to deal with difficulties in meditation practice


The Mindfulness Meditation Course offers a gentle but extremely powerful method to:

  • Improve focus and concentration

  • Enjoy life more by living in the present moment

  • Relax the body

  • Gain self-awareness


This meditation course does not represent a certain belief system or religion. There is no pre-requisites to be able to sit in a certain way as we use chairs in our classes.
