Pre & Post Natal Yoga
Ramone Bisset is a qualified Pre and Post Natal Yoga teacher. You can book in for a one-hour consultation with Ramone where she will create a tailored program of Yoga to follow at home for one to four weeks. Examples of follow at home programs include birth preparation, meditation and postnatal recovery.
