Retreats
Maggie's passion is creating unique and transformative small-group Retreats in stunning natural locations. Coming up are:
- Rising Strong in the Grampians 11th-16th November 2019: This retreat combines Brené Brown's Rising Strong curriculum with mindfulness and other guided practices, long hikes in the beautiful National Park, delicious meals around the table, and time to relax and restore.
- The Daring Way™ - Wilsons Promontory 4-9th May 2020: This unique retreat provides The Daring Way material in a practical, enjoyable and experiential format. We will explore the universal human need for love and belonging, and what typically gets in the way. The workshop is designed to support participants in learning – in Brene’s language – how to show up, be seen, and dare to risk vulnerability in order to live braver, more authentic and joyful, lives. The focus is on developing shame resilience, and practicing the “gifts” that support wholehearted living - gratitude, joy, self-compassion, creativity, play, rest, authenticity, calm, meaning and laughter.
- Rising Strong in Tuscany, September 23rd-October 5th 2020: A Unique 13-day Tour of hidden Tuscany, combining Brené Brown's Rising Strong curriculum with a specially designed small-group tour in Tuscany off the usual tourist trail. There will be daily excursions, boutique accommodations, delicious food and restaurants, two-days Pilgrimage walk and much more.
