Healthy eating begins in the grocery store! As we make our way through the grocery store, I am able to assist you to develop healthier food options and choices. I will instruct you on how to properly read food labels, pick out quick and on-the go options, decipher ingredient lists, how to include more vegetables and fruits into your diet, offer you grocery shopping and meal planning tips. Grocery Store Tours are available in the North West of Sydney.

Pantry Visit

A 60 minute overhaul of your pantry throughout which I will instruct you to read nutrition labels and to decipher ingredient lists. I will provide you with suggestions in relation to your customised plan throughout nutrition sessions.

Wellness at Work Seminars
