Yoga and Pilates mat classes are able to help you achieve these through well planned full body workout sessions, with a special concentration on muscular endurance and core strength. We keep our classes small as to ensure individual and specific attention.
Yoga and Pilates mat classes are conducted for one hour and are suitable for anyone of any fitness level or age. Classes can be conducted before or after work or throughout lunch time. We need a space large enough to fit up to 10 people comfortable, such as a meeting room or an exercise studio.
