Bowen Therapy/Myopractic has its' foundation in the teachings of Tom Bowen. It is based on a very simple principle: "Muscles move bones". If a bone is out of alignment, it will commonly be because of a tight muscle pulling it out of place and this can restored by removing the tension that is stored in the tight muscle.
