Bowen Therapy/Myopractic has its' foundation in the teachings of Tom Bowen. It is based on a very simple principle: "Muscles move bones". If a bone is out of alignment, it will commonly be because of a tight muscle pulling it out of place and this can restored by removing the tension that is stored in the tight muscle. When the muscle has been relieved, the body will return back to its correct positioning.
